If you like any of the items you see on our website and may be interested in haggling or making a purchase, then please do get in touch. We will work out the best postage or shipping price, then email you an online invoice that can be securely paid using any credit or debit card. We also accept bank transfers. All of our items are shipped using mainstream couriers, including FedEx, Hermes, DHL and are fully insured and tracked during transit.
All items will be shipped within three working days from receiving the order, and we will notify you as soon as the item has been shipped with any tracking numbers available. Of course, you are more than welcome to come and pick things are in person, it would be lovely to meet you.
If, in the unlikely event you find an item has been wrongly described, for example in attribution, period, or maker, we will happily refund you the full purchase price, providing we are notified of the defect in writing within 7 days of receipt of the item.
You can contact us in person or by post, telephone, or email with details of your original order number and receipt, and then return your purchase to us. It is strongly recommended you take out adequate insurance and obtain proof of posting.
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of goods minus the carriage price.
Faulty or damaged products must be returned before the refund can be sanctioned.
